Some more resentment from a Hulme resident scrawled on a building site on Cavendish Street (more overpriced halls are being built here). On top of all those fees I'll be amazed if any student can afford to live in one of these private ventures that provide student accomodation. Whatever happened to halls provided by Universities?? And as well as this there is plenty brewing about this.

I can't believe more and more of these 'luxury' student developments are being built, not just in Manchester but everywhere. Surely the market's saturated by now?
I can't either, or any of these property developments. The skyline is full of cranes and I've no idea who can afford these places.
They're going up in central London too, which seems amazing given property prices. I've no idea who affords them either!
It's a bloody mystery and no mistake.
